What are your delivery charges?

For UK orders we have 3 price bands. Orders under £5 cost £1.50 to ship. Orders up to £25 cost £3.95 and over £25 shipping is £5.95. We also offer standard airmail for Europe and ROW shipping, although this service is not tracked. Please note in rare circumstances, excessively large or heavy orders, we regret we may have to adjust shipping costs accordingly. We will contact you immediately should this apply to your order.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, normally within two working days. Please then allow up to 3-5 days for delivery in the UK, 3-10 for Europe and 5-10 for ROW. Please contact us for special requests and next day delivery.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes – we currently offer standard airmail which is not tracked. If your country is not listed in the delivery options, please contact us to arrange shipping.

How do you take payment?

Payments can be made through Sagepay or PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to do this. We do not store any of your financial details.

My item has arrived and it is damaged

In the event of an item arriving damaged or faulty please email us at info@rastallanddaughters.com with details of the fault within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will arrange to have another item delivered once we have received the faulty return. We recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting in case the parcel fails to reach us. Once received, we can then refund the postage cost of returning the faulty item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

I want to return my item

We hope that you love your order, but we understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item. Customers must advise us of their wish to return an item by email, within seven days of receiving the item, to info@rastallanddaughters.com. A refund , excluding postage, will be issued upon receipt of the returned item, provided it is in the same condition as when it was sent and in its original packaging. Please note that the customer bears all return shipping costs. We recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting in case the parcel fails to reach us.
